Bizzup.app is a management services and information systems consulting company founded in 2010. The company supports organizations in various industries like Internet, Telecom, Software, Medical Devices, Semiconductors and Service organizations. Bizzup customizes Odoo system based on the client's requirements to deploy the solution in their business. They offer an Odoo system that complies with Israeli tax regulations and speaks Hebrew. Bizzup aims to support their clients' growth potential by managing their information systems.
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Odoo Expert located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role includes some remote work opportunities. As an Odoo Expert, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customizing and configuring business workflows, analyzing business requirements, creating technical specifications, and testing new features. Additionally, you will be working alongside other developers to maintain and enhance the Odoo system.
The first position will require a relocation to one of our clients site for a period of 3 months.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Information management is a plus
- Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver technical specifications
- CRM/ERP experience is a plus
- Experience in development and deployment of web applications
- Both Hebrew & English speakers
- Ability to work collaboratively with other technical staff
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Odoo application development and customization
- Knowledge of Hebrew language and Israeli tax regulations is a plus

Bizzup’s software solution allow businesses to run their entire operations on a single platform. Bizzup is a certified local partner and integrator of Odoo.
Odoo provides a suite of business management software tools including, CRM, e-commerce, billing, accounting, manufacturing, warehouse, project management, and inventory management and more.
A to Z management of the implementation of Bizzup’s solution, including:
- Work with our clients (New or Existing) to evaluate their business operation in order to map their processes and needs
- Define a holistic solution based on Bizzup’s & Odoo’s tools and knowhow
- Assess the resources required, as well as specifying the development requirements for the development team
- Implement according to plan
- Train client on implementation
- Monitor existing client implementations to verify that requirements are met
- Provide ongoing technical support, customization and configuration accordingly
- Overall responsibility for managing the account
- Proven involvement in working with business clients with integration of a technical solution
- Proficient planning, mapping, and communication skills - combined with expertise in client interaction
- Familiarity with “Information Systems and Technology,” as well as an understanding of use cases involving an ERP/CRM apps
- Strong English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analysis, or other related disciplines
- Aligned experience implementing software (i.e. ERPs, project managing, consulting with clients, and/or something similar to the responsibilities of this role)
- Experience with ERP/CRM
- Experience in a SaaS company
